Terms of Service

By commissioning me in any way, you agree with the terms of service below.

I. Commission Request Process:

 

    The commissioner must provide a reference sheet and a detailed description of the desired artwork, including specific instructions, ideas, and any relevant preferences.

 

    The commissioner understands that the final artwork will be based on the provided reference sheet and idea, and the artist's interpretation thereof.

 

    The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request if it violates the service's content policy or is beyond the artist's capabilities.

If one or more information is missing, it is up to the artist to decide what to do.

II. Payment.

 

    The currency accepted for payments is USD(United States Dollar).

Payments will be processed through PayPal invoices.

 

    The commissioner agrees to pay the full amount as quoted by the artist for the commission before any work begins.

 

    Frequent commissioners may be eligible for discounts or special offers, which will be determined by the artist at their discretion.

III. Process.

 

    The artist will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates to the commissioner to ensure satisfaction with the artwork's direction.

 

    The artist will make reasonable efforts to complete the artwork within a maximum timeframe of one month from the date of payment, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon between the commissioner and the artist.

IV. Customer Satisfaction.

 

    The artist will make reasonable efforts to make the commissioner satisfied with the final product. However, after an artwork is finished. Only minor changes are allowed.

 

    Substantial changes will come with an extra charge.

V. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY.

 

    The artist retains full copyright ownership of the commissioned artwork, unless explicitly transferred in writing to the commissioner.

 

    The commissioner understands that the commissioned artwork is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing with the artist.

 

    The commissioner agrees not to sell, reproduce, or distribute the commissioned artwork for profit or any commercial purposes.

 

     The commissioner agrees not to use the commissioned artwork in any service related to Non-Fungible-Tokens(NFTs)

VI. CANCELING/REFUNDING POLICY

 

    No refunds will be provided after the payment has been completed and the artwork has been delivered to the commissioner.

 

    If, for any reason, the artist is unable to complete the commissioned artwork within the agreed-upon timeframe, the commissioner may request a refund. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the work completed by the artist up to that point.

 

    In the event of a cancellation by the commissioner before the artwork is completed, any partial payments made may be refunded at the discretion of the artist.

By submitting a commission request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms govern the entire agreement between the commissioner and the artist and supersede any prior discussions or agreements, whether written or oral. The artist reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
